Returns & Store Credit Policy

At ReinaReichouni, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for store credit, returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear

Any item that does not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimate apparel, and any final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Store Credit Only

ReinaReichouni does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, if it meets our return requirements, you will be issued store credit equal to the purchase price of the eligible item(s). Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on www.reinareichouni.com/.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, simply return your eligible item for store credit and use that credit to place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by ReinaReichouni, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or issued store credit:

• Underwear or intimate apparel

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage

• Items returned without original tags
